I see red, I see red, I see red!

I was extremely angry at someone for doing something a few days ago and really didn't know how to deal with it. I haven't been that pissed off at someone without being able to express it somehow, whether by confronting the person (what i tend to do) or taking in out in some severe form of exercise. I asked God to take the anger away because I just didn't know how to handle it. It just left me. I felt peace and relief. My own lesson learnt just to leave it in His hands.
