An odd selection of space

It's amazing that in the approximate two square metres of space that remains on my bed, my cat chooses instead to curl up on my chest, her nose a wet kiss on my chin. It's all very sweet at first; certainly she's giving my lungs an extra workout, making me sure that were I to gain an extra cup size or two, it would seriously hamper my ability to breathe effectively while lying down. No amount of coughing, jiggling or downright shoving deterred her. She just moves right back- tail itching under my nose, oh-so-sure that she's got a right to be there. I don't mind really. I do realise how unusual it is to have a cat who shows actual affection.

Tonight I had a delicious dinner courtesy of Jo and Glen...juicy chicken baked potatoes cooked in the webber, salad and strawberry & apple crumble. Truly divine. Comedic interludes included Dexter (8 months) doing his special version of a crawl which is an impressive worm- (break dancer in the making,)teasing Roxy about a whole family of words she can't pronounce ( vague, plague etc) and this parody...
