It's all Greek to me...

Here are some of the characters that were involved in this mystery murder case...

Anna as Michael Jackson, Alesha as Britney Spears, Dave as Nigel the Funk Master, Ayla as Dr Laura.

Rachael as Angelina Jolie, Layne just with a name sticker, Lindsay as Nicole Kidman and Erica as Kelly Clarkson.

I was really looking forward to him coming tonight but to be honest I'm kinda glad that he didn't come. With me looking like this as my Greek mother character in tonights murder mystery party I don't think I would have attracted anything but hairy fat old deaf men.

I guess I was just curious to see if everything was still the same, still real I guess. It'll have to wait for another day then. Another day when I'm hotter and slimmer...well if I'm idealising...

From now on I'm committing it in writing. I'm starting new habits. Habits are so strange, they are formed out of convenience, desire or comfort, yet they are so hard to overcome. They are started almost without notice but slowly we begin to notice if we don't do them. So I am consciously starting new habits:

*taking lunch to work
*cooking dinner
*walking home from the skytrain
*always walking up escalators/stairs
*avoiding Purdy's hedgehogs
*take a water bottle to work
*10 mins of aerobic exercise/day
*15 mins of 'creative' time per day
*start a fresh day with prayer
*read a verse for the day
*close the day with prayer- read a chapter or passage
*write in blog daily or at least 3 times a week
*utilise lunchbreak time
*have one hymn in mind for the day- hum, sing or play it
*white strips 2xdaily
*floss daily (pretty good with this one atm)
*weigh and measure myself weekly and keep a record
*learn a new song each month on the piano
*practice at least 10 mins a day
*Sing! focus on one song per week- learn the lyrics, breathing techniques and piano music.
